I've seen lots of cute ways to do this on Pinterest and now that I'm pregnant with number two I was excited to create my own. Here are some I drew inspiration from:
I created two announcements using the same pictures, one for instagram and one that I texted to friends and family members. Here are my results!

I utilized the Picstitch app and the Red Stamp app to create these two announcements. The hardest part was trying to get my daughter to look at the camera. I did this all on my phone, nothing professional about it but I still like how they turned out!
